I am so tired tonight. Insomnia comes in like a horrible specter and disrupts any possibilities of sleep these days. I sat and yawned through my dinner tonight. Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't fall asleep in my plate, but I know I will lay in bed tonight and twiddle my thumbs while I listen to the hub breathe and my sound machine(currently set in the "Relax" mode) hum or buzz or whatever it does. Hopefully tonight will bring different results.
I ask that you please pray for a dear friend of mine who is having a biopsy tomorrow. She is a breast cancer survivor and has found something again. We are hoping for scar tissue. Please pray for her.
