Pie back

I'm keeping it short and sweet tonight. My uncle got to come home again today. We are praying that he can remain home and safely travel to receive his chemo treatments each day. We're all more comfortable in our own beds for sure!

I have been trying to deal with all these berries that we picked yesterday, so I have been in the pie business. Instead of big pies, I decided to make hand pies...razzleberry hand pies. They have a tart bite to them, but they are pretty good I think:



I made a second batch this evening to freeze and bake later...I'm tired and ready for be, but feel productive. Night all.
