Today is Father's Day and it has been a busy and hot one for sure. VBS starts at our church tomorrow and so, as it with every Father's Day, after church services are over, we are scrambling to get the worship spaces decorated and ready for the children arriving tomorrow. This, and the fact that the youth choir sang at one of our other community church services, made for a very crazy morning. The afternoon was a little less harried. The hub grilled(his choice)his own dinner of hamburgers. As always, they were fabulous. He is currently enjoying a foot rub from his son while we watch Dr. K's Exotic Animal Vet. We're real party animals.
